Client Success Manager
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our SAAS product.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Provide training and support to clients on our SAAS product, ensuring they are fully equipped to use it to its fullest potential.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as an advocate for the client within our organization, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing this knowledge with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SAAS or technology environment or in Corporate Housing Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for customer success and satisfaction, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
